Users of The Spectrum are not to deliberately misuse The Spectrum Web Site (being the hardware it resides on or the facilities provided by The Spectrum) to cause damage (physical or non-physical where applicable) to other users, Administrators of The Spectrum, The hardware The Spectrum resides on, the owners of the hardware The Spectrum resides on, or any member of the general public. Any offenders will be punished to the maximum possible extent by law. The Administrators of The Spectrum reserve the right to remove (temporarily or permanently) general users and/or members from the site if they are found to be deliberately misusing the site to slow it down, cause it to disfunction, render it completely useless or are found to be guilty of posting any of the items mentioned in the subsection "Content The Spectrum is not responsible for."

For these afformentioned acts we are not responsible for, and will not be held accountable. We will also not be held accountable for any physical, mental, spiritual, intellectual or digital damage to any entities (Such as humans, animals, interstellar lifeforms, souls, etc) or inanimate objects (Such as computers and their internal components, automated equipment, etc.) which may have resulted from using The Spectrum and its facilities. Furthermore, while the portals are monitored as well, these are the responsibility of the creators of these individual portals, and in case of legal dispute will not be associated with The Spectrum.

All information provided is purely to add functionality and personality to The-Spectrum.org and to provide a way to contact you if we need to. Apart from this, we have no use for the information collected and will not give the database of information provided to anyone, in part or in full.
